We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and retained for no longer than 18 months after your last interaction with us, unless an active service agreement exists.

Content you submit to us (audio files, briefs, show concepts) remains your intellectual property. We retain no ownership rights over your content. However, we may reference the existence of a client relationship (e.g., listing a show name in our portfolio) unless you explicitly opt out.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our operational capacity or ethical standards. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by individual service agreements.
